The story is living proof of the saying "Go the extra mile" to make sure your customer is happy over the purchase of an item. Lowe's delivery driver Alejandro Porter brought a new refrigerator to the home of Wendy and Brandon Bailey, the refrigerator did not have a box so Brandon could use it for a fort, the refrigerator did not have a box on the outside so Brandon could use it for his purposes. Alejandro saw that the child was disappointed that the refrigerator did not have a box. Alejandro went back to the Lowe's store to get Brandon his box so he could make a fort out of it. The successful companies know that old saying "The customer is always right. Even he is wrong."
