Sisha Pens, A review

So, after hearing how smoking seems to reduce a smoker's appetite and after knowing that I, myself, am a "nervous" or "stress" eater - I decided to look into "Sisha Pens". These are a small , "e-cigarette" type of device that have no nicotine, and come in a variety of flavors. My results are mixed. They do "taste" good, and fill your mouth with a pleasant smoke (water vapor) and, in a pinch it does quell the urge to eat. That said it isn't as fun as eating - and I still don't know what all chemicals are in them. While they are cheap, I have found shipping (often I get them from India) is high - and they really don't last long. So, I'm not sure. Does anyone else have experience with them, or with the tobacco-less e-cig? Photo: Pixabay
