What type of water do you prefer? I drink more distilled than mineral. The water is purer in distilled water.

distilled is a lot more expensive, but i have to admit, it is of better quality...i drink mineral water more often, though.

I like mineral water because of the taste. I usually drink tap water however. It's been found safer to drink.

mineral water is good. we need minerals. distilled is good for sick person for 2 weeks only but if u use it for a lifetime sooner u will lose minerals in ur body.

Mineral water. Distilled water is purer but it is too pure until no mineral at all. This is not good to our health.

I drink distilled, because it tastes more pure, and it has less sodium content.
