most upcoming field in engineering graduation after 12 std

i am in 12 std.my favorite subjects are nucleur physics,electrical physics,chemicals,agricultural science.it dosnot matter about the subject.i want to do engineering in such a field that is evergreen and is the most upcoming field or will be at the top of the world in a few years.i can do a job in any part of the world getting me 50000 dollars per annnum or i can do my own buisness in any part of the world getting me a superb market.i wish to do a job for 5 years and then my own buisness
