Crackers for lunch, can I work?

Baguio, Philippines

Recent discussions have indirectly run over health issues and I am supposed to start a healthy diet. Will this cracker and coffee be able to let me function for the remaining 4 hours of work? How about your lunch?

LOL. I don't think that is going to provide you enough energy to last 4 hours..

Put a few teaspoons of sugar in your coffee and you should be fine until you can get some real food.

@rakski how I wish for fruits to eat, but it's already raining so I have to discourage my appetite today. Maybe tomorrow. Thanks though for a great suggestion

@BH0elmereen If you are not hungry then it may. It depends on how much you eat each day and if you can hold out till you eat again.
