How many of you skip your BreakFast ?

Normally we should never skip our breakfast, doctors say that morning food should be more compared to lunch and dinner. R there anyone who skip breakfast due to non-availabilty time in the morning. If so, please take care of your health and try to take your breakfast before 08:00 am.

I skip my breakfast everyday.because at the breakfast time,I was sleeping. But I agree what you say.

Try to getup, have your breakfast, spend some 10-15 minutes to relax then continue your sleep. This should be possible.

I'm generally never hungry in the morning when I get up. But, if there are donuts around, I'll eat one with my morning coffee. Does that count as breakfast?

Obsolutely not. You r marching towards trouble. When u getup early in the morning, please drink atleast 1 full glass ( Approx .5 to 1 Litre ) of water. This will free your stomach in the morning. Try to take good breakfast in the morning before 8:00 or 9:00 am. There is a saying (1) Morning eat like a begger (Eat more, take a full breakfast). (2) Afternoon eat like a normal man ( Normal food not too heavy). (3) Evening eat like a king, royal dinner ( Very less ). This will help us a lot.

I'm guilty of skipping breakfast. I never seem to have much of an appetite when I first wake up, even just the smell of food makes me feel sick to my stomache.

Thanks.......... - The movement you getup from the bed, please drink atleast 1 litre of water, this will solve all your problems and u should really feel hungry around 8~9:am.

Skipping breakfast will create problems when u get older. Please take care.

Please don't skip your breakfast, now you skip but there are lot of stomach problems waiting for you as time pass. Please follow the rules which will help you to keep you fit always (1) EAT MORE IN MORNING ( BREAKFAST ) (2) NORMAL LUNCH. (3) VERY LESS IN THE EVENING ( DINNER ). thanks for posting.

I need to really start eating breakfast. I actually only eat one meal a day. I also snack on and off through the day. I need a healthier diet. I need to start eating breakfast every morning. Thanks for the discussion.

You have start eating and fill your stomach with proper food at the right time. Skipping breakfast, lunch, dinner and having the food in the abnormal times would normally spoil our health. Please take care of your health and don't skip your breakfast.

I never eat breakfast in the morning. I just don't find that I am hungry in the morning. I never have an apetite and it I eat, I feel sick. So I just wait to eat until lunch. I know it is a bit unhealthy, but I do it anyway.

Once you do this you will surely feel hungry.

i skip my breakfast, but appreciate ur concern. my mom keeps telling that im being irresponsible with my health. i wana change it. my mom says: EAT BREAKFAST LIKE A KING, LUNCH LIKE A PRINCE AND DINNER LKE A PAUPER. and guess wat, i do exactly the reverse. sorry folks i will change myself.

i do try and eat breakfast but i always end up getting up late. i go to school in the mornings so i never have time for breakfast, i also go to work. when im not at school nor work, i skip breakfast and eat lunch. i dont like eating breakfast, even if i woke up early because of the operation in my stomach made me wanna go to the rest room fast. and i dont like going to pblic rest rooms like in schools....especially work cause sometimes we dont have rest rooms, depending were we work

i stay in a hostel to take up my higher education. d hostel food used to be really bad last year. so i skipped breakfast for 6months. by the end of it, i contracted a peptic ulcer. though it hadnt taken serious turns, it was an uncomfortable situation. used to get bad stomach aches if i did eat something. i visited a doctor and he emphasised the importance of breakfast. so frm den on, i've been having my breakfast regularly by 7 in d morning. i still skip lunch nd dinner sometimes...!
