I just came back from the kitchen where I have some artichokes boiling. They will be my dinner, although I don´t know how many I will want to eat. I also filled a hot chile pepper with cheese. When the artichokes are ready, I will pass the chiles through an egg batter and then some bread crumbs. Those, fried, can be one of the most delicious things I eat. I don´t often do it. When there are visitors I don´t have time and when I´m alone I´m too lazy.

I was checking online at gypsies after listening to a wonderful singer from Argentina who said was from Gypsy ancestors. The music my grandson is studying in Spain has to do with that too, the Flamenco. Another beauty. I´ll go check my food. Luna has been fed and I´m not particularly hungry yet. What will you have for dinner?

We simply had grilled burgers tonight. It was easy, quick, and I also added fresh kale in mine. For a vegetable, just a few carrot sticks.

@marguicha We buy it packaged, in the local stores. It's very small leaves, we can mix in our salads.

That sounds like an interesting meal! We are having a heavy but easy meal of some biscuits, mashed potatoes and chicken all mixed together haha
