WhatsApp has become such an integral part of everyone's life. It has many advantages and it has make communication between people fast and easy. Also it's free due to which majority of people across the globe use it.
However, there is misuse done of this technology as people exchange obscene videos at times and forward it. More crimes like rape and sexual abuse are recorded on videos and sent to people. There is another problem that is the "fake news" being circulated by some people on WhatsApp which isn't good at all.
The company is struggling to keep a tap about this as unlike Twitter and Facebook who has private committees set up to control the platform, WhatsApp has end to end encryption which makes it difficult for the makers to tap communication between 2 people.
Government has thus warned them to come up with some solutions in order to curb the fake news being spreaded everyday.
I personally believe it's upto the people not to spread such news and also upto the other set of people not to encourage it by forwarding the message.

I don't believe any news that comes to me through WhatsApp. I can't believe people with a brain believe some of the garbage and share it too. I have some friends send me stuff and I wish they would stop as I don't read it.
