It's been a while since the last time I ate a lot. Usually 1 cup of rice for me is enough, but tonight I ate over 4 to 5 cups of rice for dinner. I told my mom that she shouldn't cook "daing na bangus" again because I can't help but to eat a lot, dont know the english term, if there's any. It is a milkish, and you need to split it open. It is marinated in vinegar and garlic, after a few hours, you will fry it.. I know that is unhealthy, given that it is a night time. Now my belly fats are getting bigger.
Why is it so hard to lose weight but it is easy to gain, at least for most?

There are really some who still dont gain weight even after eating a lot. Have you consulted a doctor regards it?

Hehe!!! I understand you. It's hard to resist to eat, especially junk foods for me that make us gain weight.
