Any Steemit member here? I am a member for a year now and it was a blessing being a member there too. It was a quite hard climb but it is worth it being there. It's a blogging platform that pays through cryptocurrency(Steem and Steem Dollars to be converted to our fiat money). It is pretty much the same with MyLot in function, you can like(upvote) posts or comments, reply or comment on the blogposts, share others' posts outside the website or just within your profile page(resteem). It started around 2016 and I was lucky to be there around June last year. What is your experience there so far and how did it change your life a bit? :-)

I heard of it but I am not a member. I have some doubts if I can manage many sites at a time. So I pefer to focus on a few.

i agree too, i am like you in a way. i only keep a few sites to join but one of it is steemit. i only have 3 but since mylot is back, it's 4 now :-)

First, you need to know about crypto currency like bitcoin, ether etc, because they payout in form of steem dollars, which a is crypto currency and then you can convert that steem dollar into a dollar.

I would love to be part of steemit, but unfortunately Indian banks no longer support conversion of crypto -rupees or rupees -crypto. Whatever I may earn in steemit will remain as crypto amount and there is no way I could convert it to my local currency, unless I get them converted to dollars and then dollars to rupees.

i see, that seems a very long process and im sure it would need lots of fees too during conversion. hopefully the banks there will welcome and be open in cryptos soon. it's alright though, there are lots of good alternative to Steemit :-)

I don't have account on steemit..but heard lot about it..I'm not into crypto currency so not interested to join this.

you need to keep a copy of your password once it is given to you because there is no retrieve button once it is forgotten. that is the very important thing first. ??

I was there August 2016. I left and created new account last year
