Are you for or against women's equality with men

We have feminism advocating for equality of both sexes now.Women can be at par with me and a woman can be at work while a man stays home with the kids and stuff like that. What do you think,what's your view on this

Well, we need to check the animal kingdom to get the natural answer to this question. Nature has specific roles for each gender. I rest my case.
