This story is incredible since it happened on the Fourth Of July 2018.
Three years ago the Fraustos family dog named Dodger since his owners live in Los Angeles are they are Los Angleles Dodgers fans, disappeared from their home.
It was an act of fate when the Fraustos family put on their television to watch the morning show "Good Day LA" when they saw a dog that looked like Dodger who now was named Butler up for adoption at the Best Friends Animal Society in Los Angeles California.
What had happened to Dodger was that for the last two years, Dodger had been adopted by a few families who then returned Dodger to the shelter.
The Frausto family went to the Best Friends Animal Society to reunite with their dog which brought tears of joy to his owners.

I am sure they are happy to have each other again. I can imagine how it is so difficult to be separated from your pet which you are treating as family. Enjoy more...

I know how they felt. Maybe Someone Up There told the family to tune in to the morning show and guided them to reunite with Dodger.

I'm glad the dog is with the family, three years is a very long time.

Most heartwarming story. Both dogs and cats have made incredible journeys. For this reason and since it would have been impossible for my cat SId to ever reunite with me again I took him with me when I relocated now to Daytona Beach Florida from Riga Latvia. Sid had been abused for his first four years when we adopted him in 2009, Then last August I lost my husband Sids beloved Papa and finally sold my house and got ready to return to my homeland the US. I knew that after all he went through Sid would not do well being left behind. I made the right choice. He purrs and enjoys just being with me even though he is far from his own homeland.
