Good morning/day fellow mylotters!! Hope every one is enjoying their weekend!! Just because some one is hard of hearing does NOT mean their mentally slow!! Once again the mother-in-law is at it again. Apparently she's telling people around the village that I'm mentally slow. A village worker was talking to my husband and asking about our neighbor (referring to the mother-in-law) was my hubby's mom. She was telling him that I was "mentally" slow. My husband of course stated that I am hard of hearing and of course was bragging about how smart I was!! The village worker stated that I didn't seem "mentally" slow to him. However he was questionable about the mother-in-law!! Even if I am mentally slow, I'd rather be that than judgmental or a gossiper like my mother-in-law!! Who goes around spreading rumors like that about a person that people in the community know??? ~Peace~
