Who works in (child) daycare / afterschool care here?

Are there more people on mylot that work in daycare of afterschool care?
I started a new job recently in afterschool care, I have children of ages 7 to 12 in my group. I really love it, it's challenging and refreshing.
I was used to teach children in primary school, and this is way more loose and fun than in school; which is logical, but it's a whole new insight for me.
I do still like teaching and I may start my education again next year, but for now I really like this job.
Any stories you want to share :)

Having fun and trying to have a good discussion with other people, that's what mylot is all about. If you want to earn a living there is no way you can do that here.
It's just for good fun and meeting nice people. Isn't that the reason why you are here, then?

The only experience I have is with my son, not a job but a task for me, to be a good father.
