Do you feel cold easily?

I think the air condition in the office is usually at 19 or 20 degrees Centigrade, which is quite cold but i can still stand it..when it reaches 17, that's hard to withstand.
I think at one time my teeth clattered from the coldness.
I get cold easily because I am used to the heat, living in a tropical country and we don't have an air conditioner at home
