How Well Do You Take Criticism?

How well do you take criticism? Personally, I get frustrated. Whenever I get criticized and I disagree, I always get accused of having an attitude. So, I then take a deep breath. Then, I get criticized for taking a deep breath. So, even when I am not the one at fault, I am looked at as the one at fault.

I will listen. If I think they wrong I ignore it.

I can't handle it either my teacher use to always tell me that I have to learn how to take constructive critisim
