Ohio Underestimates Nursing Assistants / myLot

I am getting discouraged.

Why OH pays $9 or $11 an hour for nursing assistants? Our job is not easy. It is mentally, emotionally, and physically challenging. Sometimes, I want to go back to Michigan. I had a good paying job back there. Why underestimate nursing assistants, Ohio?

From my old job, I can earn $3000/month gross. I don't remember if I've ever got $2K working in OH.

Nursing assistants really have to take care of a great deal of things. It's really pathetic that OH is not understanding their importance. If it goes on like this, OH will soon lost all her nursing assistants. In this regard, you can talk to your boss to increase your salary.
