when we had our affiliation there in the summer capital kabsat, almost all of us had amoebiasis, that may have been due to the vegetables cooked in the kitchen of the hospital.

my son is not an avid vegetable-eater but he eats some fruit vegetables like the bottle gourd and some sponge gourd. but we cook just one serving for the meal only, because we are only 3 at home.

Good luck in veggie finding! I like fresh veggies too. I recently found Whole Foods has a veggie mix that's smaller and cheap. They got avocado for 1.25 each ... it's the cheapest on Island. Pleasant surprise Whole Foods got inexpensive produce.

I like Chinatown too for inexpensive fruits and vegetables.

@amitkokiladitya 12oz. for 2.99 has arugula, baby spinach, mizuna Ted and green lettuce. So fresh and lasts me about a week. I rewash it before I consume it for safety reasons.

Today is grocery day for my housemates and me. We sit down together on Wednesday nights, make a list and get the groceries on Fridays. Being that I do the cooking and other kitchen chores, I like to get, within our budget, nutritious groceries as I can. The word "budget" makes it kind-of hard. However, I made sure plenty of vegetables this week.
