What does DNS Stands for?

DNS means Do Nothing just Sleep well when u got tired of reading crap just do DNS technicaly DNS is Domain name system ... every server on internet have a ip address such as 201.65.129.33 but its difficult to remmber the address of each and every server for this DNS was introduce it assign a name along with a domain name like .com .in, etc so that it become easy to remmber the name of the site. cya

DNS stands for Domain Name System,it translates domain names(Computer host names ) into IP addresses for example.. www.abc.com ..its IP address would be say..216.183.103.1.So the basic use of DNS to translate the human-readable domain name into the machine-readable IP address
