Not to be judgemental about people - Important it is or not?

In our everyday life, the society in which we live, we come across different kind of people. Some are jealous, some are generous and loving, most have opinions and judgements about other people and the lives they live.
According to me, we should try to be not judgemental in life. We don't know what one person is going through or how is someone's life, so just assuming things or being judgemental about someone or something is wrong.

I appreciate your views and I always follow the rule that we shouldn't be judgemental ! I often tell by family and friends about this and I also tell them never to compare with others! Every one does have a different life and we must enjoy it, the way it is and Thanks the Almighty!
