I started this Fannie Flagg book last night after finishing up The Whole Town's Talking. This book follows Elner. Who is one of the heroines and main characters of the book I just read, and several other of Flagg's books. I am not sure if I am going to like this book as much as the one I just read. I have only made it a handful of pages in, but it just isn't flowing like the others. Although I felt that way about a couple other of her books, sometimes they just have a slow start. I do really love the way Elner describes things.
