Hello, all !
I'm home a little later than I could have been, but I had to wait about half an hour or so after I got off of work for the bus to come, and then when the second bus got to the stop by the grocery store where I go, I stopped there to pick up a few things that I needed.
By the time I got out of the store, the bus I would have taken home had already left. It was too hot for me to walk home with the groceries I had, so I called a Lyft, and here I am.
I walked Angel, and she's now on the floor beside me panting.
Now, on with the weekend !

I don't think that the bus that I missed was going to be back for another hour, and I didn't feel like waiting that long. 
It's Friday, and I just wanted to go home. Plus, I had at least one thing in my grocery bag that likely would have melted had I sat around in the heat.
