Today's phrase "No Pain No Gain" is so symbolic. If you want to achieve something in life and succeed in doing it, one needs to take some troubles.
Everything doesn't come easy to us, one has to strive and work hard against having whatever they want in life. It could be anything promotion in job, health issues, getting famous etc.

I agree. In order to achieve something greater, one must sacrifice something like losing weight. In order to be fit, one must endure the hardships etc.
