I wonder how many people exercise all it takes is 10 minutes a day you be surprise how good you look and feel inside.

I usually try to go to the gym 4 or 5 times per week Have been pretty bad about that lately though!

@Rolonzoman I do yoga,pushup and setups everyday in the morning.In evening I go out for long walk and cover 5-7 kms.I think,that's enough.

Yes, My blood pressure was normal 4 a change after walking and exercising!!!
