So we landed at the Changi Airport, Singapore. It is one of the most technical one. The airport was too big and beautiful. Check ins were automated and easy to do. The whole process was so quick and then we boarded a bus to go to hotel. There we got freshen up and took some rest and then lunch. Post lunch, we proceeded to the city tour of Singapore which included a visit to Merlion park, Singapore flyer and orchard road .
Singapore flyer is a very giant wheel from which we can see the great view. We also watched the firework rehearsal that was going on in evening for the National Day that is in August. It was an awesome watch

The rehearsals were eye catching. We were lucky to see it before the actual day as we were on the perfect time there.

It's very nice city to visit. We missed Singapore zoo as our tour itenery was different and does not had Singapore zoo. We went to Sentosa islands

@redtesha we had wonderful experience among butterflies and on the rides. One was luge and we had fun doing it. And then some open rope car.. It was a little scary to me but at the end we enjoyed.. 4D Show was also a good experience

The last time I was in Singapore was 1972!!! I am sure it has changed a lot.

It was my first time and the city was well structured ND developed. High buildings with proper maintenance, well maintained roads and infrastructure was good to see. The only thing that I missed was Indian food.

@anamika161088 yeah I love Diwali festival :) every kid enjoys that festival..yeah there is pollution problem.. that's why nowadays it is less celebrated

I loved reading about your time in Singapore. I live in England and because I have been to Singapore a number of times I feel it is like a homeland for me. I was there in February arriving from Cebu Island and then flew back to England. I first discovered Changi Airport in 1994. I was able to visit its orchid garden by a roof top bar. I went shopping along the Orchard Road. On my last trip I loved showing my children the Merlion. It is amazing you saw a firework display that will happen on their National Day. The Singapore Flyer was too expensive for us to go on. We went to the amazing Singapore Night Zoo, the Bird Garden and the River Experience.

That's so nice to hear. Singapore is truly a nice place to visit. Merlion was awesome. We also visited orchard street having all the big malls and stores and brands though we have not shopped there as we were lacking time for it. We missed the night zoo, bird garden and river experience maybe because outlet tour itenery was not included those places. Instead we went to sentosa island via rope way.
