Identical twins from Hong Kong meet Tom Brady at training camp

Brian Caffryn who is a native of Connecticut is a fan of the New England Patriots since they are in his area. Brian who is married to his wife Grace were in Mali in 2005 when Grace gave birth to twin boys who they named Tom and Brady after the quarterback of the New England Patriots the year they won Super Bowl 49 by beating the Seattle Seahawks. Brian figured that by naming his children after his favorite football player in a nation that does not really care for American football in that neck of the woods. The Caffryn family who resides in Hong Kong traveled around 8,000 miles to meet their favorite football player at the first day of training camp in Foxbourogh Massachusetts. I remember stories in the sports magazine when former Tennessee Volunteers quarterback Peyton Manning was admired in the Knoxville area that many moms named their children after their favorite football player. Now for a side note. Former Major League Baseball infielder Rod Carew got his name after the doctor who brought him into the world around a Panama Canal Railroad train. The doctor's name was Doctor Rodney Cline.
