Dressmaking Is Not My Forte

Nope, it ain't! I sewn this the other day. It is just a simple summer dress top. I am thinking of partnering it with a long necklace, but I am not sure what else I can add to make it look cuter. I need some suggestions. Also, what should I wear for the bottom? I love wearing shorts. I am open for any ideas. Thank you all.

Shorts would look nice but a pair of skinny jeans would make it perfect. I can't sew at all and you did pretty well in sewing that tank top.

It will look good on any pants I think. You can wear also under a blazer.
