What is your favorite video game and why?

As video games are now the biggest of all entertainment, millions play hours of video games a week.
So what are your favorite types of video games or video game?
For me I'm a huge fan of FPS games as well as some strategy games and side scrollers. Not a huge fan of turn based or top down games but some can be fun.
Some of my favorite video game titles of all time are Bioshock, Call of Duty, Destiny, Overwatch, Dota 2, Portal, and Max Payne.

Its really hard to choose a favorite I can list so many! I tend to play a lot of roguelikes, roguelights, and simulation games and MUDs. My current favorites include Rimworld, Cataclysm Dark Days Ahead, and Dwarf Fortress. I have been playing Kenshi lately and enjoying it. I can see it becoming a favorite as well.
Games like My Time in Portia, Animal Crossing, Slime Rancher and Stardew Valley are also pretty high on my list because I find them relaxing.

I play call of Duty 3 like everyday I love it. I also have games like legos, outlast, grand theft auto etc. I like games that you can solve missions

@quickinstinct well for now yes. I am hooked on this one but I have played the others as well
