Unable to talk to PLDT Customer Service Representative

I've been contacting the PLDT (Our Phone Internet Service Provider) to talk to their Customer Service Representative but they won't direct me to an agent. All I've got is the answering automated machine which cannot help me with my query. PLDT becomes a very unstable company. They are just great in disconnecting your account if you don't pay at the right time. I've visited their Facebook account and there are a lot of people who are angry with their service and I couldn't blame them because so am I. Does your Phone/Internet Service Provider give you the right service? Good day everyone!

Try twitter, they do respond there quicker.

We have the same ISP and yes, you are right about them. When I call them I make sure I will wait for someone to answer me even if it's urgent. Someone needs to explain the connection.

When I have a problem then with my router it took them one week to change the gadgets.

I don't like my internet service, but I can usually get a person if I try hard enough.

As I've read the company is having an issue with our DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) that's why they stop serving an agent in some areas. Beside that their service is really frustrating.

our ISP is also PLDT. and so far, we have no complaint about their services.

I have no issues with my service provider. They are easy to contact and I always speak with an agent.

Same here and we are in the Manila. You are not alone there. That is also a reason why I am thinking of changing provider.

They are very frustrating. I've asked to downgrade our account and I've submitted all my requirements on February the agent told me then that everything is okay but until now I still have the same bills. I've made a follow-up and they've told me that my application did not push through. Last week I've tried to call them but they won't connect me to an agent.
