Roads in Potholes - Monsoon chaos in Mumbai as usual!

Hi mylotters. As you know I stay in Thane, Maharashtra, India. The roads over here are filled with potholes but not much. Some roads are good indeed. In Mumbai, however, the situation in some areas or I can say in almost all areas is worst. Due to heavy rains in Mumbai which happens every year, the number of craters and potholes is infinite. There is a small patch of road in potholes if we can say. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation i.e BMC always claims every year before monsoon approaches that they are ready to face monsoon and that all potholes are filled. The situation isnt that unfortunately. There are many deaths occuring due to this potholes as they aren't filled and bikers aren't able to figure out the potholes because of heavy rains, therefore accidents takes place and on the spot death. I don't know when the BMC will resolve this issue. Nowadays some people are coming forward and filling the potholes in some areas as the authorities doesn't care to do it.
