After using the toilet, you must wash your hands thoroughly and dry your hands.
If inside the toilet there is a hand dryer and toilet tissue, most people will usually choose a hand dryer. Because the tool is considered more practical and makes hands dry faster than having to throw lots of tissue.
But between them, where do you get more germs, hand dryers or toilet paper?

Yes, it would be very inappropriate if soap was not provided in public toilets
soap is mandatory in the toilet, to wash hands and clean germs from the hands

@muhamadyasin82 usually soap is not provided in public places, so we must bring our own soap.

That's right, but we can conclude that in certain places, germs are in quite high concentrations such as public toilets
all we can do is anticipate that the germs do not harm our health
