Weird Creepy Dude Part 1

So, have this co-worker. You know that type. Not really right in the head, a bit off, a bit of talking down to the women folk. Seems like the women in our department are treated more like his own personal help then he can actually do his own damn job. So, how far does it go before you reach out to a supervisor? Or Human Resources? After 4 times being shot down by a married member of our staff, dude just doesn't get it how wrong he really is. You ever worked with a person like that? Weird Creepy Dude with Zero personality and questionable motives? How hard can it be when a MARRIED co-worker says NO. Seriously, there is a whole series of wrong happening here.

Yes we advised that, but she hasn't. I am not sure what's holding her back.

@kprofgames Perhaps she is afraid of retaliation of some sort or not being taken seriously. Who knows?

@Shellyann36 Well...apparently Weird guy is under the wing of a Supervisor, so there you have it. After all his no shows to work, no show, no call in....this Supervisor is "protecting" him. "He's a great worker"...um yeah, if he shows up. Seriously, bigger companies can be the worst.

if it is more then one you need to get together with another and go talk with a higher up together. in the bad girl series i watched, she threatened to say he was texting her daughter nasty photos. but you might not want to go that far unless that gives you some idea to deal with him

@bunnybon7 Divorced, but what makes me mad is he followed her around, harrassed her, made false reports to police and child protective services. He took her to court, won custody (she's on disability and didn't have a lawyer) then now he's complaining about taking care of them by himself...so he keeps asking out all the women in the department to see if he can get an instamom.

lol, well no maybe not. however I did have to shut off txt communication (we all have each other's cell numbers for weather/emergency issues) and he sent me a weird message to promise him I would take care of his children if something happened to him. Who DOES that?

That is very disturbing, maybe you could video or audio record him for evidence.

Yes, if he did this to me I would have reported to our Human Resources department.

That's not ok at all! It's not enough to say no, this kind of behavior is not acceptable and he should know that there are consequences if he does that. If I were you, I would report him.

If he had done this to me too, I would have. But it's not my battle. It has to be the woman he won't leave alone.
