So the first date leading into any relationship is always crucial because it kinda set the pace for the relationship and this is normally the time when someone decides if they want something more with a certain person, Generally there are some rules and expectations of person on a first date in order to make it successful, so, on a first date, should the guy always pay for the meal or if he doesnt offer to, would that be a turn off?

It's normal that a guy will spend for the first date. If not, it's a big TURN OFF for sure

I would feel better if I (a man) paid. Actually, I prefer paying for whatever on every date. I would feel funny if she paid. Am I strange?
