Temporarily numb

I do get these numbness and weird tingling if I stay in the same posture for too long. When I was a kid I tend to get afraid when this happened.

@Sojourn no, though before my 4th toe'left foot, sometimes feels numb but after constant movement, the numbness goes.
i guess you lack vitamin B12.
