Hi Sanjay Dutt fans....is the judgement really blind?

The verdict day was today. As some of you might have noticed in the news, Sanjay Dutt has been found guilty only under the Arms Act, and not guilty under TADA (Terrorist). So he has been penalised for this and will have to serve a minimum 3 years imprisonment. Also he has a bail for which he would be applying promptly. So what do you all say? Is the judgement fair? Also keep in mind that he has served a prison term already before. So you judge - fair or not fair?
