I´ll take a little nap before tea.

I did not take a nap after lunch. But then, my lunches are chaotic when I´m alone. I steamed some very fresh broccoli al dente and had it with homemade mayonnaise. For a moment I though about adding garlic to the mayo, but then I remembered that I tend to eat it all then. And that much fat is not healthy at all. I checked online about Prem´s rheumatic fever and I´m appalled! It is a very dangerous illness and not a one that can be cured easily. See you later, friends.

Your lunch sounds delicious, I'd add garlic, also:) Prem's rheumatic fever, is this an epidemic that's going around?

No. And he came with it from Ecuador where he has lived most of his life.

@marguicha That's frightening, I hope that you will never contract this disease!

@kobesbuddy I have the idea that it is usually contracted as a child or a teen. But it has lifelong sequels
