Hi mylotters. It's said that bitter gourd is very good for health. It has essential nutrients in tact in it. However, I don't like it's taste. I was forcibly fed in childhood. As I am an adult now, I don't eat it at all. Do you guys eat it or not? Do let me know.

me, super like and was able to convince my BF to eat it too. I cooked it nicely, a bit bitter still but just perfect with the sweetness and saltiness taste.

I prepare it occasionally. Adding onion and green chilly along with pieces of coconut may make its taste better. I like to have it even if it prepared in a different way.

Yes, I love bitter gourd. It has many health benefits such as it lowers blood sugar levels, lowers bad cholesterol, cleanses the liver, good for the immune system, and the list goes on. I used to hate it when I was younger, but now I love it.

I don't like bitter melon, because it is too bitter. Although it has many benefits.
