do you go on a diet once you notice you gain some pounds?

a lot of us specially women are weight conscious. once they look at themselves in the mirror and notice that they are a bit heavier today, they will act quickly to put themselves on a diet. are you this type of person?

I rather go for walks instead of diet. Tasty things are hard to resist

lol! i like walking too. but i don't know, i get tired easily. but it's really good to walk through a clean avenue with a lot of trees.

I went through a phase where I was rather depressed and packed on quite a few pounds. It took me a long time to even notice it, to be honest! I had reached a point where I liked wearing comfy outfits like leggings and baggy t-shirts, and everyone around me was too kind to tell me the truth when I asked if I was getting a bit chubby! Once I realized what was happening, I focused on portion control and cutting out all sugary drinks, first and foremost. Then I incorporated walking and yoga. I lost the weight pretty quickly!
