Men now needs independent women and the bills are skyrocketing and sometimes the take home pay isn't really taking the men home.
Well, tending to the home and kids still seem very important to me and this job of home keeping falls on the women. Should women still stay home to tend to all of this or not?
What's your opinion?

I believe it depends on the woman's preference that is what does she feels get her fulfilled and happy. It would be a great thing if she has the option to either be a full time mom or pursue a career as well. Most of the time women just have no choice and that is sad. Here in our country women even leave really young kids to work abroad.

It is practical for a growing family that both husband and wife contribute to family income to afford a livable lifestyle. I am not saying though that stay at home moms are not doable especially if the husband can provide the needs of the family. But it would be of great help if the mom can somehow add to it.

This is just my opinion...
True, cost of living can be very high, and there are instances where both parents must have jobs to provide for their family. But I think, if it is possible at all, if one earns enough for their needs, then it might be better if the other stays at home and provides closer supervision and guidance to the children.
Take note that I'm not saying the one who stays home can't work. Because nowadays, working from home is very possible.

Now many of the women around me are working and taking care of the family at the same time.
