As women grow older, hair tends to fall off regularly which is alarming to most of course.
We have supplements to cure that, but then again, there's stress which contributes to hair fall. There's also the chemical that we need to avoid which adds to the hair fall problem.
They say when people don't have enough sleep that also makes the hair fall.
Combing your hair when its still wet adds to this problem too.
Brushing on the other hand helps the hair to grow because the scalp is being massaged.
So, what exactly could help women from not having this common hair problem ?

I am 46 and noticed my hair thinning after having the twins. I wear it up all of the time now because it falls out so easily. When I shampoo it I also use conditioner and only brush it wet when the conditioner is still offering the protection from snarls.

I had my hair dyed recently and my hairdresser recommended me to use a shampoo and conditioner without SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE.
I have a website that will help us know what to buy next time we ran out of oour regular "damaging and thinning" hair

I don't know but if you find out let me know, if I get much thinner on top I might as well just shave the rest and buy a wig.!!

I have been doing some research and there are supplements out there either online or the ones you can buy at super stores.
There's also one thta I read recently, about mixing 1/2 tbsp vaseline and 1/2 tbsp olive oil. Run the olive oil and vaseline all oevr your hair and massage your scalp. Cover wiht a shower cap. Rince in the morning with warm water and mild shampoo.

@proseprity68 I would think it would be hard to wash all the Vaseline out. I was told that hair doesn't grow because too many products end up on the scalp and clog it from growing new hair. One girl said use Apple Cider Vinegar in the shower and let it sit on there while you shower. Then rinse out, she said the vinegar cleans the scalp and opens the pores for the hair follicles to grow through again. I don't know if it works but I am gonna try it
