Working Students

There’s no way could stop you from achieving your dreams if you are determined for it. Getting a higher education is difficult for others especially if their parents are not able to send them to college because of poverty. Those under a scholarship grant maybe blessed enough, more so to those under the well-off family.
If a person is creative enough, there’s a way. I always heard stories about university graduates earning their degree being a working student. They get a part time job and pay their studies. Despite the hardship, they’re able to finish. There are even those who finished with distinction. It is very inspiring. Overcoming the situation is achievement already. And I think they’ll persevere more how to succeed on their chosen field.
I truly appreciate people of this kind. Working and studying are no easy tasks. It would be a one sweet day during graduation.

Well I was a working student when I was in college. I worked in Unilab as a clerk in the morning and study in the evening. The jeeps were the extension of my bed. I successfully finish my degree.

I truly agree with that. I wasn`t able to send myself in college so I applied to various scholarship grants but only one Scholarship fulfilled my dream, I passed the examination of becoming a Manaoag Church`s Scholar. Now, I`m on my 3rd year college, taking up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Operations Management. I am really blessed with this opportunity given to me. I always tell my friends not to give up already if they think they wouldn`t have the chance to pursue college. "If there`s a will, there`s a way." Just be determined to pursue your goals!

When there's a will there's a way. And a person who's motivated can get what he or she wants inspite of all the difficulties.
