what is the average length of time you spend in front of your gadgets?

there was a case where the video game player spent almost 24 hrs playing with his gadget and for three consecutive days that he had done it, barely eating and sleeping... he died. And he was very young.. just recently, two separate cases were reported where two kids played with their gadgets for 16 hrs if im not mistaken, they both had stroke. Good thing one of them had recovered. so, the question is, how long do you stay in front of your gadgets?
