Martial Arts mandatory for Girls

There's so much girls, young ladies and even old women who are hurt or killed. What is going on ?! Is it because girls are viewed as the weaker sex ? Why is that ?! Do you think that as early as 3 or 5 years old, girls need to basic martial arts, so in the future they can't be bullied or hurt by their classmate or when they are young women or a married woman, they will not be a victim of marital abuse. The senseless violence against women are just going crazy. There different forms of martial arts that girls can choose from and it needs to be introduced in communities or schools too. Do you think having a 3 or 5 year old girl take up martial arts should be mandatory ?
