things you can't eat without

My wife is so addicted to chili she cannot eat without it. i know some people, specially koreans, who cannot eat without chili paste. they bring it with them all the time. what about you? Kindly share your thoughts with your favorite food.

My husband is Korean. I think what Koreans can't eat without is Kimchi. I cannot eat without rice lol!
