Carolina, my granddaughter who is studying in Spain, called me yesterday for a long time.
She was taking a break from writing her thesis so she did not have any interest of hanging up.
She talked about her coming back to Chile. In Spain there´s no possibilities for her to work in her field. She wanted to stay in Europe for another year, but the only job she could get was as a waitress. And she wanted something in Public Health, even if it was not well paid.
So she will be back in October, to be here for her birthday and for her mother´s birthday
I´m looking forward to see her.

It was a wonderful experience. She stayed in Granada for a year.

@TheHorse I would have liked to visit Carolina while she was in Granada. I visited the south of Spain decades ago and came back in love with it.

Here it is more likely. She is a nice, well groomed young lady, and she could have a part time private work and work part time for a hospital.

Carolina wants me to continue directing literary workshops to her. She should provide a couple of other people so that I could earn a bit.

@kobesbuddy I know. And Claudia just bought n apartment where Carolina can live and sublet to a friend as it has 2 very independent bedrooms. Carolina will not have to pay a rent to her mother until she gets a job.

No. Actually, the only thing left in Spain is to finish her thesis. And I don´t even know if she can send it later online. And before coming she will go with a friend to some cities in Italy
