Dinner 8/23

Well. I was going to make breakfast for dinner but then I opened the fridge and saw that there was some salad left. So I tossed it with some tuna fish, crunchy snap peas and ranch dressing. And that's what I ate for dinner.
I still have some in the fridge. So ill probably snack on it later.
So that was my not so exciting dinner for tonight.
What is everyone else eating ?

I just finished eating leftover pork tenderloin with mixed vegetables. For dessert I'm going to have some pound cake with whipped cream and strawberries. Hmmm....whipped cream! I wonder if the gf is up for some fun? lol

@thislittlepennyearns Is it pretty easy to make? I've never made homemade pound cake, I always just buy Sara Lee.

I rarely buy strawberries, but my store had a great sale on them. I may get some pound cake and whipped cream. I did buy some Gala apples. Last year, at the Indiana State Fair, I bought a drink that was blended apples. I'm going to add some strawberries to it.

@thislittlepennyearns ~I have a lot of left overs that I need to finish before I make something new. Yesterday, I bought some T-Bone steaks, some potatoes to bake or as steak fries and corn on the cob. I'm looking forwsrd to that dinner.
