this question is addressed to all bloggers here. For someone who wants to start a blog, what is the best free hosting site that offers free domain as well?

blogger and wordpress will offer you free hosting and domain but the domain will contain their own brand name too. Like myblog.blogspot.com myblog.wordpress.com If you want to remove that "blogspot.com" from the url, you can purchase your own domain name. It will cost you around 10$ per year. You can get it from godaddy, namecheap or any other service provider.
