Kind of annoying...

for some reason, this thing popped up on my computer screen that won't go away. It's a small black screen that says: "Quick View" at the top, and beneath it says, '

Plus, there's this yellow arrow that goes down each word highlighting it and makes the whole screen flash on and off.
I assume I accidentally pushed something to make this thing come on, but I have no idea how to get rid of it !

I think this will solve it if she is using a television as monitor, she only needs to exit the menu and go back to the monitor setting.

Are you using a television as a monitor instead of a regular monitor?
