Things you avoid to keep yourself physically fit?

There are people who spend hours inside the gym, some put themselves on a strict diet avoiding these or those.
Do you really deprive yourself of the unhealthy foods?
are there anything you drink that doesn't taste good but is healthy?

I don't have a strict diet plan or workout routine. I just try to avoid unhealthy food like red meat, dessert, junk food, fast food, etc. But it's hard especially when you are craving for something sweet or salty.

i would love to stop eating unhealthy foods for me to be physically fit but boy, it was hard. =(
