What else I've been doing...

So, I think it was last Saturday my brother came by and when I said I could not find something, or some such thing, he suggested that I go through my file cabinet and get rid of old papers to get rid of some clutter--the other suggestion that had something to do with another part of the conversation was getting into the habit of doing a chore or two when I got home from work. So, I've been trying to do that. That, along with the other thing I've been doing, have been tiring me out. The other thing I've been doing... My boss owns two child care centers. The one I work at has been really low on kids, so first my boss gave me a week off, then she said she wanted me to substitute at her other childcare center. One day she took me there just to look around and get acquainted with the kids and the layout, and this has been the first of two weeks that I am substituting for one of their teachers. I really like the way it's set up and how they do things there as opposed to the center that I usually work at. I hope to substitute there more often in the future. Plus, the kids are getting used to me, and I get to work a lot with the toddler class, which is right up my alley, plus, the kids have gotten used to me pretty fast, and a lot of them are total sweeties. Oh, _plus_ I am working eight hour days, which, while quite tiring, is good for the paycheck. I've had to re schedule and cancel a lot of appointments due to the work, and I am super duper tired, but I know it will be worth it -- and tired as I am, I am really enjoying it. Plus, I've been getting a lot of rides from one of the ladies there at the second preschool, so I've been saving money on bus fare and Lyfts!
